How to install Zero Sequence Current Transformer

1. Disassemble the connection pressure pieces of transformers "K1ˊ" and "K2ˊ" (there is no such requirement for circular transformers).

2. Loosen and remove the two hexagon socket bolts on the top of the transformer (the fastening screws on both sides of the circular transformer are loosened and removed), and the transformer is divided into two parts.

3. Put the transformer on the cable, wipe the contact surface clean, and apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil. After aligning the two parts of the transformer, screw on the hexagon socket bolts (fastening screws on both sides), and the two parts of the transformer Sections are aligned so as not to affect performance.

4. Fix the connecting piece on "K1ˊ" and "K2ˊ" (the circular transformer does not have this requirement).

5. If the transformer with an inner hole > 120mm is installed horizontally, please add a non-magnetic conductive bracket.
